	Manual Hoists The 190 Series are world class products of high quality, low cost, light weight and high endurance in capacities from 500kg to 20000kg. The key capacities 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg and 3000kg are Class M2 hoists for heavy-duty use giving twice the working life of Class M1 units commonly available in the market. The Morris 190 design exceeds BS EN 13157* and includes safety hooks. The hoists have a safety factor of 5:1 (M2). *1500kg-Grade 100 loadchain is fitted.

	Mono-Rail Type Hoists 1. Suitable when there is limited space for the trolley or curved moving condition. 2. Combination of fixed mounted-type and mono-rail element operate on the bottom of the single girder. 3. The wheel is made of mono-block medium carbon steel and the surface is processed with the hardening heat treatment. 4. Wheel protection cover maybe installed on demand to extend life if gears, anti-drop steel plate and buffer rubber pad are installed for the purpose to achieve safety and reliability.

	Double-Rail Type Hoist 1. Suitable for heavy duty load 2. Combination of fixed mounted type and double-rail trolley operated on double girder. 3. The wheel that is made of mono-block medium carbon steel and the surface is processed with hardness heat treatment. 4. Wheel protection cover and buffer rubber pad can be installed on demand to reduce impact. 5. Automated adjustment by eccentric shaft, capable of running on uneven rails and evenly sustain the load. 6. Hollow shaft gearbox can be installed on demand to increase the life span of gears.

	Low Headroom Type Hoists 1. his applies to the factory that has lower ceiling which requires the maximum hook path 2. The compact design of low headroom trolley hoists enables maximum height of lift and full utilization of the available space. 3. Detail specification is available on request.

	Twin Type Hoist 1. Heavy and light duty hoist mounted on the same double-rail trolley. 2.Main hoist handles heavy duty; it has slow lift speed and consumes high electricity. Sub-hoist handles light duty it has relativity high lift speed, better power saving and easier to operate with. 3. Benefits of two different hoists combining into one, saves the need to have another set of rails and it ensures no interference between the two hoists.

	Double-Rail Type of True Vertical Hoists 1. Two ropes come from the drum make the centre of loading invariable while loading. 2. The design of double reeling is safer for heavy loading and can ensure the centre of gravity is kept in a vertical straight line at all times.

	Chain Hoists 1. Available in both 115/1/60 and 230/1/60 2. Standard lp54, motor with insulation F and over heat protection. 3. Variable frequency control, low starting current, high efficiency. 4. Standard 2 speed control, with infinitely variable low speed using adjustable knob on pushbutton. 5. Light weight design and easy to carry. Hoist weigh only 36lbs, but can lift up to 1/4 ton.

	Wire Rope Hoists 1. The dual speed cranes are operated by high and low speed motor separately, control the lifting speed by using the clutch, the advantages is one motor can continue the lifting work in case of the motor break down. 2. The winch brake device is solenoid type auto adjustment method, when the braking is worn out, the gap can be adjusted automatically to prevent slipping cause due to wearing. 3. The brake torque value of the winch brake is 1.5 time of the max., torque value required by rated lifting load. 4. The travel motor use disc type DC solenoid brake device, the brake torque can be adjusted form the external of the brake, high performance and easy maintenance.
